Ritual and Ceremony

I create personal and individual rituals and/or ceremonies for someone who is dying, or for people who are working through grief, loss, sadness, stress/anxiety, or carrying the weight of things they should have let go of a long time ago.

I find comfort in creating end-of-life rituals and ceremonies. After someone has died, I will sit with the family and design a ritual or ceremony unique to them, so that they have a take-away memory that comforts them.

In this class I will hand over some of my rituals, and help you to make them your own.  My hope is that I offer you an opportunity to say goodbye, let go, or perhaps relieve you of the some of the pain or ache you might be feeling.

You will want to bring a journal, a candle and your whole heart. This is an interactive class, and I will encourage you to participate.

The next class will be Sunday, July 18th, from 9am to 11am (Pacific Time).

Cost for this class is $75 (US dollars) - PayPal or Venmo accepted.

Two spots will always be available for those who want to attend but can not pay the course fee.

Please send me an email if you would like to sign up.

"This is a wonderful course. I am a hospice nurse, and I have been using one of the rituals I learned from Gabby, with my families after their loved one has died.

I want to learn more." LR

"I didn't get to say goodbye to my grandmother before she died. Gabby shared a beautiful ritual with us in class that I did later, leaving me feeling as though my grandmother received my message... the things I didn't get to say before she died." HG

"This class was really cool, better than I thought it would be. I honestly had no idea what I was signing up for, but now I do one of the mini rituals she shared, which helps me with my anxiety."

"I did this class with my mom, we really enjoyed it. I would recommend it to anyone. As Gabby says,

you will leave with a take-away." LP

"You will probably cry in this class, but it is the kind of cry that you will feel so much relief from afterwards." JH

"I want to take it again." SS
