Sound Healing
A little less noise. A little more room to breathe.
As a hospice and palliative care nurse and end-of-life doula, I have spent years sitting beside people during some of life's most tender moments. Sound healing grew from my desire to offer another way of bringing comfort to people who are living with serious illness, declining with age, approaching the end of life, grieving, or simply carrying more than words can express.
There is something incredibly sacred about sound.
Long before words, we were held by vibration, rhythm, and resonance. Using nine Tibetan singing bowls and seven additional instruments, I create a gentle rhythm and flow of sound that is individualized to each person and each space.
My work is especially drawn to quiet spaces, smaller groups, and bedside experiences, although I also offer larger gatherings and organizational events.

What does a session look like?
There is no one right way to experience sound healing.
I offer:
-
Private sessions: an individualized experience centered around you
-
Small group sessions: a shared, peaceful experience
-
Bedside sound healing: bringing gentle sound into the space of someone who is seriously ill or approaching the end of life
-
Sound healing for children and neurodivergent individuals: thoughtfully adapted to individual sensory needs
-
Community, workplace, and corporate gatherings
-
In-person or virtual sessions, depending on what feels most comfortable
Before each session, I use an informed consent process and ask about individual health considerations, sensory needs, preferences, and comfort. I am particularly mindful of implanted devices, seizure or epilepsy history, and other circumstances that may affect how sound should be introduced. Sound is offered gently and gradually, with the person's comfort always at the center of what I offer.
Perhaps you don't need to fix anything
Maybe you just need a place to rest...
A place to breathe.
A place where your body can soften and your emotions can come without explanation.
Sometimes healing isn't about fixing anything.
Sometimes it is simply about remembering that you are safe, supported, and not alone.
That is what I hope to create with sound.
