Your End of Life Wishes

Are your end-of-life plans in place?
Have you let those you love know what your wishes are?
Have you had THE conversation?

You don’t need a diagnosis to prepare for your end of life. What you need is the opportunity to have your voice heard, and to shape how you want to be cared for, and how you will be remembered.

“Your End of Life Wishes” is a 7-week Saturday morning class where we come together in conversation, reflection, and community to explore what matters most to you, both at the end of your life and in the life that you are living right now.

Each week includes a guided gathering, a downloadable assignment, and thoughtfully curated resources you can return to again and again. Some weeks are practical, clarifying important information and preferences. Other weeks are deeply personal, writing your story, naming your values, and shaping how you want to be remembered. Along the way, I will also share lessons and stories from my years at the bedside, offering insight, perspective, and gentle motivation drawn from real experiences.

By the end of the seven weeks, you will have something meaningful in your hands: a clear guide for those who may one day care for you, and a story told from your own perspective, who you are, what you love, and how you wish to be honored. Many people also find that this process invites them to live more intentionally, more fully, and more honestly right now.

This isn’t about dying. It is about life, how we live it, how we say goodbye to it, and what we leave behind in the stories we tell.

My intention for this course is to offer you the opportunity to go deeper within than you might be used to, in a gentle and beautiful way. My hope is that you become more aware of how you live your life currently. I will encourage and support you as you resolve any issues that might be weighing heavy, let go of things that no longer serve purpose, and focus on relationships that are strong and healthy so that the rest of your life is spent filled with positive and joyful energy.

I want to help you choreograph your own end-of-life plan that honors your wishes, one that you can hand over to those who love you, so they will know what your wishes are.

The Scholarship Fund

I offer two scholarship spots for all of my classes so that anyone can take them, and finances do not get in their way. I have been asked how someone can donate a scholarship spot, so I have created a donation page for that purpose.

All donations will go directly to allowing someone else to take a class.

Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Class Reviews

"This was a wonderful class! I took it as one struggling with a terminal illness, and my wife did, as well. As an LGBT couple, we were warmly included, the language was inclusive as were the examples. Gabby herself is very knowledgeable, professional, very warm and generous. You don't need to be dying to appreciate this class!! (But we all will, sooner or later)."

"I have to admit that when the class ended I was really sad. In the seven weeks we all shared together, I felt a connection with this group of complete strangers that kinda blew me away. We had deep conversations and shared personal stories and Gabby led our group with such kindness, patience and respect, that she made us all feel comfortable to be open, curious and vulnerable. She left me wanting more."

"I would highly recommend this class to anyone working in the end of life field, but also if you are caring for someone who is dying. I started this class for myself but ended up using the tools and lessons Gabby gave us, to help my friend go through her dying process. I felt prepared and even comfortable."

TR

"I would take any class Gabby has, she is a wonderful human being who shares her whole heart. She does this to build trust, which we all had for her. She makes me want to be a better human, but also to live my life fuller, and appreciate all of my blessings and find my joy in every day."

"I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Gabby has a way of making you dig deep inside and find things you never knew were there. I looked forward to each class, and couldn't wait to see what gifts she handed over. She is unselfish in the way that she hands over her tools, she really wants us to do this work well, and takes her time to teach us."
