If you only had three months left to live... Are your plans in place? Have you let those you love know what your wishes are? Have you had THE conversation?
This class is a combination of what I have learned from my experience as a hospice nurse and as an end-of-life doula. I have had the honor of witnessing many last breaths and providing comfort and care to those who are dying. From this experience, I have created a unique practicum for you, that I think could change how you live the rest of your life.
This is a seven-week class. Each week we will discuss what would be most important to you at the end of your life; what comforting care you will want and need, what you can and can't live without, and what priorities, wishes and dreams you would focus on if you only had three months left to live.
My intention for this course is to offer you the opportunity to go deeper within than you might be used to, in a gentle and beautiful way. My hope is that you become more aware of how you live your life currently. I will encourage and support you as you resolve any issues that might be weighing heavy, let go of things that no longer serve purpose, and focus on relationships that are strong and healthy so that the rest of your life is spent filled with positive and joyful energy.
I want to help you choreograph your own end-of-life plan that honors your wishes, one that you can hand over to those who love you, so they too know what your wishes are. This class will also offer you the tools to be able to help someone else do the same.
Whether you work in the end-of-life field or not, I will hand over tools that will allow you to feel more confident at the bedside and be able to provide comfort and support to someone who is dying.
Each exercise has been designed to tap into all of your feels and elicit responses that might pleasantly surprise you and leave you wanting more. Some weeks won't be easy, but I promise to support and encourage you every step of the way.
If you are interested in becoming an end-of-life doula or want to work in hospice, this class will be a great first step for you.
If you are currently caring for someone who is nearing the end of their life, this class will be very helpful for you.
If you are navigating a terminal illness, this class will help you to personalize your last few months/weeks.
If you are simply looking forward to having deep conversations with people from different walks of life and want to be reminded of the magic and wonder of it all … this is the class for you.
Please note that payment is non-refundable, however if you need to cancel a class I will allow you to apply it to something else.

The Scholarship Fund
I offer scholarship spots for all of my classes so that anyone can take them, and finances do not get in their way. I have been asked how someone can donate a scholarship spot, so I have created a donation page for that purpose.
All donations will go directly to allowing someone else to take a class.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
"This was a wonderful class! I took it as one struggling with a terminal illness, and my wife did, as well. As an LGBT couple, we were warmly included, the language was inclusive as were the examples. Gabby herself is very knowledgeable, professional, very warm and generous. You don't need to be dying to appreciate this class!! (But we all will, sooner or later)."
"I have to admit that when the class ended I was really sad. In the seven weeks we all shared together, I felt a connection with this group of complete strangers that kinda blew me away. We had deep conversations and shared personal stories and Gabby led our group with such kindness, patience and respect, that she made us all feel comfortable to be open, curious and vulnerable. She left me wanting more."
"I would highly recommend this class to anyone working in the end of life field, but also if you are caring for someone who is dying. I started this class for myself but ended up using the tools and lessons Gabby gave us, to help my friend go through her dying process. I felt prepared and even comfortable."
"I would take any class Gabby has, she is a wonderful human being who shares her whole heart. She does this to build trust, which we all had for her. She makes me want to be a better human, but also to live my life fuller, and appreciate all of my blessings and find my joy in every day."
"I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Gabby has a way of making you dig deep inside and find things you never knew were there. I looked forward to each class, and couldn't wait to see what gifts she handed over. She is unselfish in the way that she hands over her tools, she really wants us to do this work well, and takes her time to teach us."
