Self-Care | Breath Work, Meditation, and Yoga
In collaboration with my friend Leah Jones, an Ayurvedic counselor, practitioner, and yoga therapist, we have created a class that brings together meditation, breath work, and yoga to support you through stress, emotional or physical pain, and grief.
This is a space where you are invited to give yourself permission to pause, to tend to your own well-being, and to practice simple self-care rituals that can restore energy, shift perspective, and nurture a sense of inner peace.
Each month, we explore a different theme, acknowledging the many ways our bodies hold what we carry. Anger, guilt, stress, grief, relationship struggles, difficult choices, and life’s many endings can quietly settle within us. Over time, that weight can feel heavy, because the body was never meant to hold it all alone or indefinitely. Through breath work, meditation, and gentle movement, we create space to listen, to honor what has been carried, and to release what is no longer serving you.
In each class, we offer:
• A brief guided meditation or grounding exercise
• A self-care ritual you can continue at home
• 30 minutes of guided yoga focused on breath, stretching, and release
• A closing meditation
This class is FREE. If you would like to join us, please email: thehospiceheart@gmail.com
Next classes are:
Sunday, May 24th, 9am-10:30am Pacific Time - Grief support for the caregiver, personal or professional.
Sunday, June 28th, 9am-10:30am Pacific Time - Welcoming love in your life; love of self and love from others
All classes are virtual (Zoom)

The Scholarship Fund
I offer two scholarship spots for all of my classes so that anyone can take them, and finances do not get in their way. I have been asked how someone can donate a scholarship spot, so I have created a donation page for that purpose.
All donations will go directly to allowing someone else to take a class.
Thank you in advance for your generosity!
